The main goal of our recently established Transaction Rescue™ Team is to Monetize Failed Transactions.  It doesn’t stop there however, as there are additional benefits with this unique service, and the benefits are integrated into every single gate2shop account.  Vendors are essentially getting an additional department of experts working for their online business, improving the perceived image of their company due to the unique service provided by us.

Preventing failed transactions really matters, whatever the size of your business:

Incomplete or failed transactions can amount to a worryingly high percentage of activity, and is an obstacle at any level of business, whether you are a start-up or a multi-million concern.

Consider this – whatever the reason, a single failed transaction can provoke customers into walking away, which is bad enough.  Even worse is when they never return!  That is the reality if nothing is done to prevent it.  So, recovering one failed transaction can in fact save all your future transactions with any given customer.  It could be something as simple as the customer entering incorrect details on the payment page.  Whatever the reasons, we have a team of experts dedicated to turning failed transactions into successful transactions, and our statistics show conversions up anywhere between 17% and 35% since the launch of the new service.

When we are alerted to a failed transaction, we can contact the customer in a number a ways and guide them through to a successful transaction.  The service is integrated into vendor’s accounts, meaning our team act as official representatives for the vendor, increasing customer satisfaction and helping to put them at ease.
