Contents Policy

This Contents Policy is intended to ensure overall service quality and a positive user experience for every part to the GTS Online Limited (G2S) Merchant Agreement. Any merchant processing transactions through G2S must adhere to this policy and cooperate with G2S on solving related issues. G2S reserves the right to expand or edit this policy at any time and without prior notice. Amendments and/or expansions will take effect on posting on G2S’s website www.Gate2Shop.com. G2S will also exercise its sole discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of this policy in accordance with G2S’s Merchant Agreement and EU stringent laws and regulations. Other products/services not listed below may also be prohibited.

• Academic paper-writing and test-taking services
• Adult goods and services
• Alcohol
• Body parts
• Bulk marketing tools
• Business administrative services
• Cable descramblers and black boxes
• Copyright unlocking devices or techniques, hacking and cracking materials
• Copyrighted media
• Copyrighted software
• Counterfeit and unauthorized goods
• Drugs, drug paraphernalia, prescription drugs or pharmacies and drug test circumvention aids, food and dietary supplements
• Live animals and plants including endangered species
• Financial products / services, securities, stored value, payment processing and wholesale currency
• Fund solicitations
• Gaming / gambling
• Government ID’s or documents
• Illegal goods
• Offensive goods or crime related goods
• Money-making schemes
• Protected cultural items
• Precious materials
• Pyrotechnic devices and hazardous materials, weapons
• Regulated goods
• Prepaid Cards
• Timeshare properties
• Tobacco and cigarettes
• Traffic devices

You are solely and completely responsible for verifying that all items you sell are authentic, legal and not included in the above mentioned list. Merchants found to be selling prohibited products or services are subject to immediate account termination, funds freezing, forfeiture of funds, fines, and/or order cancellations, all without prior notice.
