What documents do you require in order to get approved?
Depending on the nature of your business operations we require different documents. If you are operating as a company, we need a copy of the owners’ IDs, list of the directors, and company incorporation certificate. However, if you are a sole trader, we only need a copy of your ID or Driving license and a utility bill.
How long will it take me to open a vendor account with G2S?
G2S is making its best effort to get the website and documents approval as fast as possible. Usually it takes from 24 to 72 hours to get approved and start the technical integration. It depends on the vendors, as soon as the website is ready and we have all the necessary documents, it takes few hours to get approval.
How long will it take me to apply online?
Our online registration form is very easy and user-friendly. It has only 5 steps, which are typically filled out in only 5 minutes. This way we aim to save your time and efforts and provide you with a hassle-free registration process.
How can I send you the required documents?
You can either upload them directly in the online application form at step 4, or send them by e-mail or fax.
May I apply, if I do not have a registered company?
Yes, we do support sole traders as well. All you have to do is apply online and send us a copy of your ID or Driving license and a Utility bill in order to be approved.

My business is very small. Is a G2S account suitable?
G2S is suitable for any kind of business because we provide specific solutions for our vendors’ different needs.
If my application is declined, will you refund my fees?
We take the set up fee only when your application is approved and once your account is open.
Which countries do you accept applications from?
We accept merchants from the entire world; however, the most important issue is to approve their business model and their website legitimacy.
