Which currencies does G2S support for offer online products?
G2S is constantly increasing the list of the supported currencies, in order to help our vendors increase their target markets and their sales. G2S supports 11 currencies at the moment: EUR, USD, GBP, JPY, HKD, AUD, SEK, NOK, NIS, CAD, and CHF.
Which currencies does G2S settle the account for its vendors?
G2S transfer the funds in the three main currencies: EUR, GBP, and USD. In the future we could expand this list due to the needs and preferences of our vendors.
Which credit and debit cards are supported by G2S?
Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Master card, Maestro, and Solo. In the future we are going to extend this list in response to the changing needs of our vendors.
May I customize the checkout page?
Yes, our checkout page is fully customable and you may have the same look and feel as your website. Additionally, it can be made in the language which you prefer, according to the language of your target customers.
What is a descriptor and how is it determined?
The descriptor is what the cardholder sees on his credit card statement when he or she buys something from your website. On the bank statements of your clients they will see "G2S/website name" or "G2S/company name". You can choose what to be displayed, but still it should be clear to your customers, so they will recognize their purchase.
Is your checkout page secure?
Yes, our checkout page is secure and complies with all Visa and MasterCard requirements. Also, G2S is PCI compliant. The PCI Data Security Standards were developed by Visa and MasterCard to protect cardholders' transaction information. Our vendors do not need to obtain PCI certification and they are relieved from storing and processing sensitive credit card data.
When and how will I receive my funds?
G2S settles your funds in EUR, USD, and GBP. We transfer the money on a bi-weekly basis directly into your bank account.
What will my clients see on the checkout page?
Your clients will see the different choice of credit and debit cards they can pay with. They will also see the full amount of their order and they will be able to pay securely online for the goods/services they need. Our Terms and Conditions will also be visible, so they could review them, before proceeding to the payment.
What are the minimum and maximum transaction values?
In order to protect our vendors from possible fraudulent activities online we set the maximum transaction value at $2000. This way we minimize the risk of huge sum fraud transactions online, so you are protected from possible chargebacks and financial loses.
