I didn’t receive my product. What should I do?

You are charging me for something I didn't purchase or authorize.

Gate2Shop only bills you for what you purchased at the site. If you believe the site has recorded this purchase incorrectly, our Billing Support will be happy to help you resolve your differences with the site.

How can I request a refund?

If you are suspecting unauthorized charge in your bank account, you are not satisfied with the service or have proven problems with your purchased product please contact our operators and we will assist you further on your request.
