- Do you provide any additional languages for the checkout page? - Yes, we do support French, Italian, German and Spanish, so you could customize your checkout page according to your target customers. This way you will ease your customers’ buying experience and simplify the process of paying online while using G2S.
- I would like to use another kind of notifications are sent from your Public checkout page. Is it possible? – If you need such notifications to be sent, we do have the ability to dispatch template EMAIL notifications to our vendors and their end users on successful transactions. Please, inform your key account manager if you require this feature.
- Is the billing page title customizable? - Yes, the billing page title is configurable for every single vendor, meaning that instead of the title “Billing”, it could be configured to be “whatever you choose” for each vendor.
- What does Instant Vendor Notification (DMN) mean? – DMN is used to ensure the reliable server-to-server communication between G2S and the Vendor’s web server. The DMN supplements the standard integration by decreasing the risks of data loses.
- What is the purpose of DMN? - DMN is used for your extra security and data-losing protection. The purpose of DMN is to ensure reliable server-to-server communication between G2S and your web server. The DMN enables the G2S server to directly callback your web server.
- How can I integrate this feature? - DMN does not replace the standard HTTP API integration with success/ error pages. You will still need to perform the standard HTTP API integration in order to show the results to your clients, because the DMN happens behind the scenes and your clients are not aware of it.
- Why is DMN useful for my online business? - The DMN is made to reduce the cases of data (G2S response) losses by establishing direct two sided server-to-server communication, enabling the G2S server to directly callback your web server. If you have integrated with the DMN our server will execute HTTP REQUEST directly to your web server without passing through your client’s browser.
- Do you provide a manual for the DMN API integration? - Yes, of course, our technical support team will supply you with the necessary document and also will be glad to assist you if you have any questions regarding the integration process.
